  1. How can I place an order for digitizing an image or a print?
    You can place your order online by submitting the Order Form on our website.
  2. Can I request a quotation from your website?
    The order form has option to request for an order or a quote. You can select "Quote" while filling up the Order form and submit on our website. The quotation will be sent to you by email.
  3. What are your charges per design?
    We charge USD 3.00 per 1,000 stitches with no minimum charges. We give discounts on volume orders. No Extra fees for 24-hour rush job and no charge for edits.
  4. What is your turn-around time?
    We normally deliver within 48 hours. However, we do deliver within 24 hours for rush orders at no extra charge. Please specify that the order is a rush order in the Order Form for quick and timely delivery.
  5. Do you provide any sample designs?
    Yes, you can visit our design gallery to view our work.
  6. What Vector Art formats do you accept?
    We support all of the following formats: jpeg, tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai, eps, pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp. However if you have any format other than those listed here send it to us and we will surely convert it. However, it is always advisable to use the most common formats like jpeg or gif.
  7. What formats can you deliver my designs in?
    Tajima DST, Wilcom EMB, Ethos ISI, Wings MLS, Barudan FMC, Melco DOS EXP, Toyota, Pfaff, and ZSK, cnd, fdr, dst, 100, t09, ksm, bar, 0oo, dsz, REF, Melco, ofm.
  8. How will I receive my digitized files?
    You will receive your digitized files by email.
  9. What browsers does your site support?
    Our site supports Internet Explorer 6 and above , Netscape 4.7 and above.
  10. What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by Paypal on our website.
  11. How can I contact you?
    You can contact us any time Monday through Saturday via email. Click here to send us an email.
  12. How do you ensure quality?
    We work on your design with the final production in mind. Our work depends on the type of design and the material on which the design would be used. So we use the appropriate methods and procedures that would help you to run it smoothly on your machines and provide you with top quality design. We employ multiple stages of quality checks which help us to rectify the most minute defects in our designs.
  13. Do you run swatches of the designs before you send them to me?
    Yes, we sew out each design (maybe even twice) till we are convinced of its smooth run on the machine before we send the digitized file to you.
  14. How long we keep back?
    We keep back-up of your design only for 12 month. After 12 month it will delete automatically through our database.
